Raul Coronel-Ceramic Bird Mounted on Rectangular, Yellow Burlap Panel

I am trying to get some specific information about a Raul Coronel mixed media piece.
I was hoping somebody could help me identify:
A. The date of the piece
B. The retail value of the piece
C. The tile of the piece

Signature/inscription: Signed, "Coronel" on small rectangular ceramic piece at center right
Date: Unknown
Medium: Ceramic on burlap
Dimensions: 26” high; 32” wide; 1.5” deep
Condition: Fine
Description: Brown frame with yellow burlap background featuring a large brown bird and two stark, brown trees at center
