Another Studio Pottery mystery - Signed N J Welsh - Arts & Crafts?

Again bought this 20 years ago in London. It is a complete mystery - felt kind of arts and crafts to me. I loved the shape and the glossy glaze and the really handpainted look to it. It still has its place on the dresser after 20 years despite being in slightly sad condition - it has outlasted many other pieces from the arts and crafts period, one of the few things I havent yet tired of.
