ID ideas please blue handled dish stylized figure
Any ideas please on this small (4 1/2" diameter) handled dish with interesting stylized figure (apparently someone losing their head). Base has green baize cover, I have lifted this and base is roughly finished with no marks. The reverse of the handlehas a small hole so presumably a wall hanging. All suggestions would be appreciated as I am quite fascinated by this piece. I did wonder if this could be Scandinavian. Thanks John

Looks like San Marino Italy to me, can we have a pic of the base please?

Is that some kind of leather type material under the handle? (San Marino pieces often seem to have this on them)
