Hand Painted ceramic tile Monogram A H

Hello again, 2nd find of the weekend was this hand decorated tile
depicting a rearing horse and lizard.
Signed by the artist possibly AH
The back was covered with a felt material but i removed it hoping to get some more clues
but just revealed a plain ridged tile back, no makers info.

or deco Pilkington

When i picked it up i thought it might be a CARTER & co POOLE TILE
But others i have had were always marked on the rear. Will look at Packard & Ord as a poss. Many thanks
