Red/white drip glaze decanter German? Empty Red/white drip glaze decanter German?

I think you would class this as a decanter or maybe a lidded bottle? Shrugs Drippy lava type glaze, red clay, no markings, mould line across bottom. I was thinking it looked German, any ideas please.
