GPG impressed mark?
Has anyone come across these initials before? There's a Geraldine Petit-Gras (?) working in Canada but this piece just doesn't fit into what I've seen of hers. Its a wonderful little unglazed stoneware bowl with geometric incised pattern. The incised marks are glazed (like Tue Poulsen's 60's stuff). I'm going to try a pottery sentence now....deep breath...this glaze pattern is reduction-fired (God, I hope I got that right).
Anyway, very peaceful piece but would love to know who GPG is.
Cheers,
BP

Re: GPG impressed mark?
Sorry for delay - here's hoping someone recognises this?
I did wonder if the final G might be a C ? Suggestions welcome! thanks.

Re: GPG impressed mark?
Just an update - I think this is a Graham Glynn pot and given he's pretty local it makes sense. I've sent him a very polite email and a pic but no confirmation yet.
