Floor Vase Empty Floor Vase

I have a 23 inch floor vase my mother purchased in the 1960's. It is teal blue/ charcoal. The markings on the bottom say W Germany 1248-54. I am looking for information on this vase and I think it could be a Carsten.[img][/img]

Do you have a picture Karen , is the number definitely 1248 not 7248 ?
