Jennie Gilbert
Anyone recognise this studio mark? I've had this jug for a few years and still not identified the maker, nor found another example.
The mark always reminds me of a fish, & I love the splodges of dark blue and red glazes.

Identified: Jennie Gilbert
Found the answer at the Art In Clay fair at Farnham.
Made by Jennie Gilbert, who is based in Andover.
Here's a few of her other pieces from the fair:
Mishima range:
However, she uses a flower / spoked wheel mark on her porcelain range:

Re: Jennie Gilbert
Jennnie Gilbert; I had one very like it once. She still uses the pattern, though the shapes have changed: http://www.jenniegilbert.com/domestic-range/

I've had a very quick look through the book and been unable to find this mark, it's one of those marks difficult to categorise . Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks
