Bowl for ID please !.

Bought this bowl out of curiosity !, can anyone tell me if it's hand thrown or just a piece of Tat !!!. Mark looks to be either an 89 or a 68 !. Thank you in advance. Regards, Alan.

Mark looks like K over 66 or 6K6.
If it wasn't for the European looking mark I'd have said it was a Korean or Japanese celadon bowl.
