Re: two handled chinese dragon vase
It's called a moon flask, and there are plenty of examples on google images, although not one exactly like this.
My feeling, based on the hand painted decoration, colour of the cobalt blue, and the base, is it's a late 19th century- very early 20th Century example, but it could be older. If the darker blobs of cobalt blue have oxidised to metallic black, and there's a lot of black dirt in the creases and crevices of the two dragon handles, then it would be sign it's earlier.
The market's very hot for Chinese porcelain at the moment - even late 19th Century pieces. At some point the bubble will burst and speculators are going to lose a lot of money.

To add, if the dragon handles are very clean then it's a modern example.

As for where it came from, the Chinese province of Jingdezhen is the main source of such wares.

Re: two handled chinese dragon vase
I'd think around the mid 20th century.
Does not look like an old example to me, but very hard to date these (unless you have expert knowledge).
