This 'promotional' section of the forum is intended for the use of regular members (those who have reached Premium Poster level, or 100 posts). This is to prevent people becoming members solely to promote their own events, publications and websites and not contributing to the forum beyond this.

New or non-members should contact admin if they have a post that might be of interest to the membership so that it can be discussed beforehand.
