Any info on this please????

Hi, I bought this trinket dish yesterday from a market. Not sure whether it is anything of any worth, probably not, but I really like it, and would like to find out a little more, so that I can google the make and perhaps buy some more pieces to go with it.
Any suggestions or help will be much appreciated.
