Advice on German Vase/Jug Please. Lava glaze?

Any advice on maker, age, pattern and glaze is greatly appreciated. All part of the education.
Do the numbers on the base represent a pattern number, date?
Item is about 20cm tall.

the shape and decor are very 1950's

Thanks for that. Wasn't sure but I thought it may have a bit of age due to the crazing on the base. Thanks for confirming.
