Please help identify a West German vase

I usually collect studio pottery but couldn't resist this lovely West German vase, about 21 cms tall. Can someone please help with identification? The pattern number on the base isn't completely clear but I think it's 2019/20. The red crayon mark 15/11 is presumably the price in old money (about 79.5 pence), so this would mean the vase is from a time before decimalisation in 1971.
