Re: Arts N'Crafts vase
My first thought is Brannam Barum/Baron Barnstaple or Ewenny but it doesn't have the quality of those two, so I think it's either Chinese or French provincial ware or a minor English pottery copying Brannam-ware.

Brannam and Ewenny are almost always marked so not them I think , chinese I doubt very much , same with belgian as they are always marked as well , French ? yes a possibility , maybe even Farnham but can't find a link to this style .

Re: Arts N'Crafts vase
I have a few figural French pieces dating from c.1900 that have a similar glaze and body and flecks in the glaze, which makes me think it's French.

...they have a whitish pottery body.
It's not possible to tell from the photos, but if it's porcelain then my money would be on Chinese.

Useful website for Brannum & Baron pottery for comparison, even though I don't think it's one of those.
