I think the mark reads KRONACH OCR Bavaria. Can't find much out on the German Porcelain Marks site. This producer does not seem to feature. Any info appreciated.

Found a vase with this stamp = Kronach OCA Bavaria West Germany Healacraft

Decorated with a pair of horses front and back. Unfortunately they were transfer printed rather than handpainted so I left it.
