Looks like it's signed Denbac (their 'c's look like a 'y'), which was a French Art Deco company.

that's strange, i saw a Denbac teapot only yesterday in a charity shop in Bognor Regis. co-incidence.

I picked up a couple of pieces off a dealer last year which they'd listed as Denby. Took me ages before I discovered the y was actually a c.
