Gouda Style Chalice Type Vase? Thougts On Origins Please

Hi,

This piece is part of the collection I've been working on. It looks an awful lot like a Gouda piece but the base markings don't look like any piece of Gouda pottery I have seen. Any thoughts on made this and when would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

i've seen Gouda style stuff before that's come from Japan. This link has several pieces too

hah...there's a czech piece with the exact same number on the base. I think that's a pretty good indication.
