My Lovely Horse - Scandinavian?
Picked this guy up last week, mostly because he looked like a stretched version of a Stig Lindberg horse.
Anyone any ideas of origin, factory, country or designer. Absolutely no marks at all on base.

Re: My Lovely Horse - Scandinavian?
I think your guess of Stig Lindberg is correct:

...unless it's a student copy. The head is a bit under worked.

Re: My Lovely Horse - Scandinavian?

Re: My Lovely Horse - Scandinavian?
There are similarities to Lisa Larson's Horse and Boy.
Can you upload a picture of the base to see the legs and the shape of the hole.

Like Dantheman, pretty sure it's a copy.
The ones listed on Etsy are all unmarked which is highly suspicious.

Re: My Lovely Horse - Scandinavian?
It is absolutely not Stig, I have several Stig GGs in my collection and it has merely a nod in the direction of his design. Pretty sure it is not Lisa Larson either. The etsy listing is very 'smart' and more than slightly misleading heading it Stig Lindberg Horse - it only mentions "very similar" and "maybe Lisa Larson" when you are well into the text.
Re: My Lovely Horse - Scandinavian?
we would love to see more of your collection (hint)

Re: My Lovely Horse - Scandinavian?
I'm surprised you bought it having seen some of your wonderful collection
perhaps the pic doesn't do it justice?

Which is yet another reason why we don't want auction links in the main / ID threads.

Marks On Lisa Larson Horse and Boy
Hi Friends!
I would like to buy a Lisa Larson "Horse and Boy" figurine as soon as possible, but not a fake!
Has this lovely piece of pottery any marks I could look for in the auctions' pictures?
Thank you for your kind help.
Luca

No, which is one indication it's a fake.
A real Lisa Larson figure should be fully marked - check out google images for examples - so don't go for anything that doesn't have the right marks, or looks a bit 'different' from the real thing.
