Ceramic vase with cave painting decoration

Heavy vase, height 19 cm, with "primitive" sort of cave-painting-like decoration.

Has an impressed mark to the base I cannot decipher (pic of the mark plus slightly manipulated pic to see it better).
Containing probably "..sch.." it could be a German name...

Any help highly appreciated as usual :)

Thanks a lot, Ed -- I was totally uncertain what the mark meant, now it is quite obvious...

So a local ceramist, almost a neighbour -- nice!
Her more recent work seems quite different to my vase, so probably a vintage piece of Loschan ceramics
