Harry, Susan and Nick Juniper, Bideford Pottery
I would love a Bideford slipware & sgraffito harvest jug, but here's a couple of other examples of Harry's/their work.
(Harry Juniper's children, Nick and Susan are carrying on the slipware & sgraffito tradition).
Interesting article about the pottery here:

Small slipware cream jug, 3" high:
Bottle vase with sgraffito decoration by Harry Juniper
8.5" high, 6.5" dia.

Harry Juniper will be 80 next year and I understand from a colleague that plans are afoot to hold a celebration of his life and work in Bideford to mark the occasion.

Ooh, I would love to love to see him and a collection of his work. I have a thing for slipware.
Re: Harry, Susan and Nick Juniper, Bideford Pottery
I'll post details on here when I have them but it will be next year.
Bideford would be worth a visit, as the Museum there has one of the finest collections of pre-Studio English slipware that was built up by an old artist friend of mine, Reg Lloyd. It includes a number of Fremington Harvest Jugs that Harry's work is based upon.

An exhibition of Harry Juniper's Harvest Jugs was held last year. Worth googling.

Not his usual mark; you’d have to ask him. Possibly Swiss?

Harry Juniper’s initials on a pot -

It’s possible yours is by Juniper but the monogram is by a different hand

Harry Juniper's niece let me know - she thinks that she may well have decorated it!
