Has anyone every heard of this potter?

I just bought this great little piece at my favorite charity shop and was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this potter. This piece is hand thrown (lots of throw marks on the interior) and it has a great design and glaze. It's a little bottom heavy, but otherwise it's a very attractive piece. Looks Scandinavian. I'm sure I've seen the NN mark on the Freeformsusa site. Off to check.

Nothing so far. The decoration is very oriental - especially round the shoulders. Wondering if it could be Korean or Vietnamese, or by a Scandinavian potter copying those designs.
