Hand painted plate with impressionistic blue roses. It is marked on the reverse. I have no information about this modern-looking plate but would like to find out more.

I think the second initial is possibly a P as there is an extension towards the foot of the plate and possibly the first initial a loose E. The only initials I can find somewhat resembling the image appears to be of Esther Provis.
