dp could be Diana Peyton who it says in this book had an oriental influence. So the fairy style features could fit this. I wasn't able to find any of her pieces to cross reference though.

I don't know who it is but I know Diane Peyton and it is not by her. She makes traditional thrown bowls etc.

it's made from a reddish terracotta type clay which has a white glaze over the top.
