Any help greatly appreciated
I found this piece and was wondering if anyone had any idea on its maker, origin, etc. I searched a lot of sites for mid 20th century artist and couldnt find someone who signed like this. FYI the inlay of gold (I assume gold) is around the outer edge of the plate, on the front, as well as over the signature and date on the back. There is minor chipping around the edge. Thanks so much!!

Also it says "Peggy 67" on the back. Its hard to see but there is gold accents around/in the leaves and grapes on the front as well as the outer rim.

Re: Any help greatly appreciated
The style is reminiscent of 19th Century Staffordshire pottery.
I suspect it's either a student piece by someone named Peggy, in 1967, copying 19th Century wares. Or it's a Victorian c.1867 piece, possibly made in one of the Staffordshire potteries (impossible to know which one without a maker's mark), maybe made for a family member to commemorate some sort of anniversary.
There is one other alternative, but the photos aren't clear enough to tell, and that is it's an example of creamware/Prattware from 1767, but you'd need to take it into a museum to get that verified as it would require a close look at the glaze and body of the piece.

Where it's chipped, does it look as though it's a white tin glaze over a softer, whitish, earthenware body? If so, that might point to a Delft or French faience pottery.
