Eddie Goodall's monogram was used at Purbeck between 1971 to 1974 & not after that period apparently (to save time ??) see page 70 Purbeck Pottery- A history and collectors' guide by Peter Freeman & Alan Peat , Creative Educational Press

Odd triangular coil vase with impressed C E Monogram
Hi
Odd piece this, not sure if I like it. Good impressed initials but couldn't find the mark in 'The Book'.

very tall vase Purbeck

A lovely large vase with a geometric design on the front. It measures 14.5" tall and doesnt have any makers marks. I think it may have had a brown glaze all over at some stage as its quite streaky on the main body of the vase, possibly from handling? compared to the underneath of the rather strangely shaped neck where the brown colour/glaze is still quite heavy. Any help always appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Purbeck Pottery (England)
Thank you so much big ed. Ive just found it now doing a google search and looking at your thread on here - must say I didnt realise it was so old - a Jefferson design in the 60's, if so its in really good nick for its age. Thanks again for taking the trouble.

Purbeck Pottery Vase
Hello does anyone have any ideas about this one. It seems really well made to me and the textured lower half looks to me like its been dripped i.e there is a line toward the lower edge where it has pooled slightly. Very different to the upper half and I dont think I have seen anything quite like this before - If you think its a student piece please dont tell me ! :)

Help needed with this charger - Purbeck Pottery
Hi everyone and seasons greetings. I picked this one up as my father is a bit of a fish fan, I can see no potters marks on it.
Measures around 12" diameter and the back is black with the exception of the white rimmed foot
A nice item and I would say of some quality
Any pointers would be appreciated to keep me busy for a few hours over Christmas!

Re: Purbeck Pottery (England)
Pretty sure it's Purbeck, albeit an unusual colour combination
