The style of the earthenware body looks 1920s but the hand-painted decoration looks like a simple "design" that many potteries did in the 1930s to cash in on the pottery designed by Clarice Cliff and Susie Cooper.
Pottery from the 1930s is what I collected and dealt in 40 years ago. Back then this type of decoration would have raised little interest, whereas actual design by designers at other potteries were collected and fetch more money than most of it does today.
Therefore its worth today is what anyone might wish to give you for it and it might take a long time to find that person.
