Can anyone identify this piece of pottery
Would anyone please be able to assist me in identifying this item, it stands 20cm tall

The impressed numbers, and a strike through on the number 7,

Portugese style decoaration, Although the bottom numbers look a little Italian.

I agree Continental. From the glaze I think it's likely to be one of the Southern countries, but France is also possible

I would bet heavily that this item is not southern European at all. In style, design and manufacture its Hungarian. I would guess Emil Fischer Budapest or Zsolnay pecs. The use of raised flowers is very Austro-Hungarian, I assume intended for the Ottoman market before WW1. It is certainly to the Iznik taste of the day.
If you were to ask me to pick one I would suggest Emil Fisher as a very possible attribute. A picture search on the web may get a match.
