This is a big boy or girl;-) It is just over 40cm high and about 45cm at its widest. The glaze is a pastel blueish/grey and mauve at the bottom.

W.-Germany vase/urn
Can anyone help me with identifying the maker of this vase. It is marked with W._ GERMANY as well as numbers 7267-25 and the makers mark.

This is my second west german piece. i got it for $12 dollars canadian. i love going through all the photos and looking at all these beautiful works of art. i will continue buying these i love them.

Carstens (Austria) - production from the Goldscheider factory. Circa 1950s/60s.

Yes, it's a Carstens 'UFO' vase with a handle. Below is one of my UFO vases and below that another Carstens vase with a similar glitter glaze.

they sell at fairs for between £15 and £20
