So I've searched and searched for this marking as well as similar styles of pottery and I can't figure it out. Any insight would be appreciated!

The C within a circle is a Copyright symbol, not part of a maker's name.

It's a molded production piece in an early 20thC style, but I'm not sure the mark is that of a manufacturer. It might be by someone who's bought a craft kit in the 60s-70s.
