Hello, This mark is similar to Ian Petrie but different enough. I am hoping to identify the maker and learn about this piece that has the matt finish with these little points of blue glossy glaze. The bud vase is 4 x 2.75 inches.
I have read the instructions and hope I am doing this properly. If not please let me know how to fix it.
