I've seen other examples. Closest I can find is Paul Trett, Buxton Mill Pottery who had an incised GRM on some of his pots, and similar decoration to these GRM ones, but no idea what GRM stands for

i would say it is written " Le Potier", so the item may be either french or canadian. I am pretty convinced that the letter next to T isn't a T but an I . Le Potier means The Potter ( articulated )

you may search on google "GRES SIGNE GRM" and you may find alot of items, same signature, in french sites.

Yes it definitely could be Le Potier, and those pieces especially the ones with the Thistle design look like they're by the same maker. Pots marked GRM do seem to pop up a lot in France judging by that forum.
