Anyone recognise the AC mark on this letter rack - Acanthus Crafts

Although very similar to the letter racks of Acanthus, They generally used a sticky label.

This AC back stamp is generally attributed to Annette Christopher, Albrighton, shropshire.
I've seen a sticky label of hers on other works with a painted AC. But all of the letter racks of this type of style, that I've seen, only had this AC back stamp without a label. But so I've seen so many of these all attributed to her, that I guess they must be.

Whether there is any connection between Acanthus and Annette Christopher, I don't know. But their letter racks are very hard to tell apart without seeing a label or back stamp.

Ah, that's interesting to know. I've always thought they were so similar.
