Blue pot, painted floral decoration, faint circle mark - Conwy Pottery

I know that I know this very faint mark but for the life of me I can't put my finger on it. I keep thinking 'Rye, Cinque Ports' but the pot doesn't look like any CP that I've seen.
The mark is two concentric circles with words running around the band between them, and possibly something else in the centre.
I know I'll kick myself when the answer comes.

Early piece of Conwy Pottery with an ink stamp. Reminds me of Marianne De Trey’s bud vases

Small stoneware vase, two curly handles.
Bluey-grey glaze with gilding.impressed Mark - C with P or D inside.
Can’t see it in book.

Distinctive style, finely made and gilded, no marks. Feel sure I've seen something very similar on here before?
