A wonderful tankard, with impact, I think decorated with a whale?

Fabulous but unknown maker.  Any ideas please?

The mark does seem similar albeit missing the dots.

I did have a piece of Judith Partridge's work in stoneware from Rodmell many years ago and ,although she/they made earthenware there, this looks altogether different.

So I don't know but would need convincing that it is Rodmell.
