Re: Vallauris (South of France)
Hello there
FPP = Faiences et Poteries Provencales = pottery created in 1950 by two partners Jean Rossignol and Joseph Calvas-Blanchon (Born 22/11/1914) It closed in 1967. Hope this helps. No idea what the B.34 stands for other than a model number.

Re: Vallauris (South of France)
I didn't know prior to buying the piece that Capron & Picault opened a factory in 1952 producing architectural ceramics, shortly after which they were awarded a gold medal in Milan(1954) & a gold money medal in Cannes the following year, four years later they got the hat trick by winning the gold medal in Brussels.
