it would be helpful to see the decoration next to the monogram to see if the seasoned Poolies can recognise the style or design,also glaze colours can help to narrow down the suspects

The top one looks like Josephine Wall gone a bit wrong and the bottom one has been identified as a Jeanette Spode variation.

I don't know the name Josephine Wall. That mark looks a bit like Nellie Bishton's later mark... I've read she worked at Poole until 1976. It also looks like the initials H F

Does the name Pat Notley mean anything to anyone?

I've seen a vase for sale online and it has the same R mark as I've posted. The seller states the artist is Pat Notley, someone whose name is new to me.

The online seller I mentioned says Pat Notley worked at Poole from 1972 to 1974.
