Phallic vase
This one was bought on ebay and the seller didn't have any ideas about it either. It has absolutely no markings whatsoever. It feels quite light for its size (about 17cm high, 7cm wide). The glaze is mostly smooth to the touch with a slight rippling over the red bits. I'm supposing the red glaze came first, the creamy yellow one over it. The modelling is well done (to my untrained eye) and very even with the stem set slightly off-centre. Any ideas?
