Re: Eric Leaper
Just one of those things…..the seller paid for the best Evri service but these things happen…..good and bad in them all but I’m with Crawford I personally always use Royal Mail and fingers crossed 24 years of no issues….It’s just a sad loss of a beautiful IMO ceramic piece…

Re: Eric Leaper
Very sad. If we all start with 100 pieces and break just one a year..... Statistics give ceramics very poor chance of surviving. In the kitchen between me and the dishwasher we bust probably (up to) x10 things a year. I started with sets of mugs and now have singles :(

Not really difficult, just requires atleast 2 large boxes, this should have been double boxed as a minimum in my opinion.

Re: Eric Leaper
Finally got a large Leaper horse - 14.5 inch tall.
Collected, not posted - should have been a 45min drive there, but due to a traffic accident closing the road, it took 2hrs to get there.
1hr sat in car to travel less than a mile
Is this the largest they did??
But I had to buy a new cabinet, so I had somewhere to put it.
£12 with fees, from my local auction house
But this has meant that I can now put most of my Leaper collection together.
And, although it wasn't planned, now they are in this cabinet, to my eye they look better with this darker reddish 'mahogany' coloured wood than the lighter cabinets.
